Research on Renowned Design Teams
Recently I've been interested in design teams in China and studied their commercialization. After researching the official sites of frog design, eico design, ARK design, Tang Design, and LKK, here are some of my takeaways.
First, a question: what kind of companies need professional design team services?
Well-known companies that need rebranding or optimization for various reasons (existing brand image isn't strong enough, strategic expansion requires a product image shift).
Startup leadership values design but doesn't have a mature in-house design team.
So what services do professional design teams provide?
I won't list them all—let's take frog design as a representative example:
